Key West vacation rental needs while visiting our unique island!
Naomi Van Steelandt, a registered nurse and the owner, supervised the
design, renovation and decoration of Center Court - Historic Inn &
Cottages. These historic properties date to the late 1880's and received
Awards of Excellence from the Key West Historical Preservation Society
in 1994 for the superb detailing and craftsmanship of the renovation.
That same year, AAA awarded Center Court the prestigious Three Diamond
designation.
After starting Center Court in 1993 with only 5 units, local and out-of-state
property owners and former guests who bought rental property in Key West
began asking Naomi to manage their properties. Her excellant track record
of guest satisfaction, repeat business, decorating knack and the TLC she
gives to properties earned her the reputation of the one person in Key
West who could provide quality property management and guest services.
Now managing almost 60 units, Key West Vacation Rentals is the only place
you need to call in Key West for your accommodation requests...we offer
lodging for two to 10 persons in one unit...or can offer lodging for large
groups.
 Each
Key West accommodation is unique and decorated in a light and airy Caribbean
style with original and local art, just steps apart and just minutes from
all the fun and festivities Key West has to offer. Enjoy the island on
a bicycle or moped-the rental is at Truman and Center Street. Excellent
restaurants, bars, shopping and bars surround us; the Butterfly Conservatory,
Hemingway House and Lighthouse Museum are strolling distance, the Atlantic
Ocean is a short 5-7 minute walk, Mallory Square and the Sunset Celebration
is a leisurely 15 minute walk!
All rooms and suites have private baths with hair dryers, CATV, telephone,
fans, A/C, in room safe, and beach towels for your travels to the beach,
diving, snorkeling, parasailing, sailing, kayaking or fishing. Our cottages
and condos have full kitchens with everything provided for cooking gourmet
meals. Most properties provide gas BBQ grills. For our business guest
we offer fax service.
Pets (please check with the reservationist, a few units do not allow
pets), familes and children are welcomed in our suites, cottages, condos
and houses. We have our resident Jack Russell, Daphne, who loves to play
and surf the pool.
It is our hope that you and Fido (we have had cats, rabbits, birds, marsupials
and a monkey, too) have a wonderful time in Key West and we hope these
rules will create a harmonious stay for all of our guests!
